Xiaomi is bringing the Xiaomi 18 Pro series to the Philippines this year, giving the company’s latest Pro flagship phones a confirmed local release after their launch in China.
Xiaomi Philippines announced the plans through its official Facebook page. The company has not yet provided a Philippine launch date, pricing, memory configurations, or confirmed which members of the series will be sold locally.
The China-market lineup consists of the Xiaomi 18 Pro and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max. The Pro uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6, while the Pro Max steps up to the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6. Both chips use a 2nm process and Qualcomm’s Oryon CPU architecture.
The Xiaomi 18 Pro has a 6.4-inch 120Hz AMOLED display and a 7,000mAh battery. The larger Pro Max uses a 6.9-inch 120Hz display and an 8,500mAh battery. Both support 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
Both phones also use Leica-branded triple rear cameras with a 200-megapixel main camera, a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3.2x optical zoom, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera.
The secondary display beside the rear cameras also returns. The Xiaomi 18 Pro has a 2.7-inch rear screen, while the Pro Max increases that to 2.9 inches. Xiaomi has shown the display running timers, water-intake tracking, vocabulary cards, focus tools, and AI-generated application cards.
As CTRL+PH previously reported in our earlier Xiaomi 18 Pro coverage, Xiaomi had already shown the phone and its updated rear display before confirming whether the Pro series would leave China. The Philippine announcement now answers that question.
In China, both models are offered with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, although the available combinations differ by configuration.
