Infinix will launch the GT NX Controller and GT NX Station in the Philippines on September 30, bringing its latest mobile gaming peripherals to its official Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop stores.
The Philippine rollout follows Infinix’s global unveiling of the GT NX Series on September 24. The two accessories are designed to work with the company’s GT-series phones, adding physical controls on the Controller and cooling, display output, and additional ports through the Station.
The GT NX Controller uses a split gamepad design with a large glass touchpad. Infinix calls it a Pixel-Level FPS Precision Touchpad, which can work with swipe controls or provide mouse-style input for aiming in first-person shooters. A mapping mode also lets the controller work with mobile games that do not natively support external controllers.
Infinix says the controller uses a three-chip low-latency architecture, with two chips in the left side and another in the right. It supports three levels of haptic feedback through XArena and is rated for more than 22 hours of gameplay on a charge. The split design can be used with a phone attached, on a desktop, or in a single-hand configuration.
The GT NX Station takes a different approach, combining a docking hub with built-in thermoelectric cooling. Its 9-in-1 expansion setup includes HDMI, RJ45 Ethernet, two USB-A ports, a USB-C host connection, another USB-C port, USB-C Power Delivery input, a microSD card slot, and a 3.5mm audio jack. It also supports pass-through charging.
The dock can mirror a phone’s display to a monitor or TV or use an extended-display mode, but compatibility is not universal. Infinix says those functions work with selected Infinix devices running XOS 16.3 or later, as well as USB-C Android and iOS devices with native DisplayPort output. Other USB-C Android phones may require a driver, and the external display needs an HDMI input.
