ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) Philippines said in a September 29 press release that the ROG G1000 gaming desktop will be available at select ROG Exclusive Stores at an introductory price of PHP 399,995.
The Philippine model, GM1000TY-R9800X009WS, has an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor, a 16GB ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card, 32GB of DDR5 RAM (2x16GB), and a 1TB SSD. It includes a 1000W Gold-rated power supply, a keyboard and mouse, Office Home 2024, and one year of Microsoft 365 Basic.
The G1000 is a 104-liter tower with three AniMe Holo fans that project images and animations set through ASUS’s Armoury Crate software. ASUS calls it the world’s first holographic fan system in a prebuilt gaming PC.
The CPU’s 420mm liquid cooler sits in its own chamber, which ASUS calls the ROG Thermal Atrium, and draws air from outside the case. ASUS says the intake air is up to 16°C cooler and airflow is 100% higher than in its ROG G700 desktop, based on its own testing.
ASUS says the memory, storage, GPU, CPU, liquid cooler, and motherboard can all be upgraded with off-the-shelf parts.
ASUS unveiled the G1000 at CES 2026 and said on September 22 that it was available to order in the US. ASUS’s US store lists the GM1000TY-DS787 at USD 4,999.99 (about PHP 313,000). It has the same processor, RTX 5080, and 32GB of RAM as the Philippine unit but a 2TB SSD.
